The place was super clean, my room was spotless and looked brand-new. It had a TV which was a nice touch. the staff were really friendly and understanding. They provided top-notch service. Bonus points for the quick and easy check-in process! 🌟

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so dirty and the customer service was horrible.

Poor breakfast, dirty hallways, dirty rooms. Would never recomend it, never return...

We loved the clean and modern room with a TV and the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel had guests that were living there on a permanent basis. Little kids running around in the halls and one night the alarm was set off by a child. Breakfast was full of families with kids. Cartoons were on the tv instead of news shows.I Was put in the very back of the hotel and felt very unsafe due to the clientel staying at the hotel. Overall experience, very poor.

Price for the area near to the hospital

The stay was quite comfortable. It was an extremely comfy and pretty standard hotel in a very very nice area, close enough to restaurants and shops and food places and Boston and the west part of Massachusetts. The staff was pleasant plus the location was decent and nice. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals.

Plus, there's a TV in the rooms for added entertainment.

The price on the website was a little misleading and didn't mention anything about a deposit fee or the final price when I booked my room.

Location of the Inn was good. Staff opened breakfast room even after it had closed because we overslept!

It was confusing to find our room as there are really two separate inns operating here, one for long-term stays and the other for overnights. The room had a slight odor which we later determined was cigarette smoke from a while ago.
